President
of the Board - Stephen Reck
Stephen is the Agency Manager for First American Title Insurance
Company in Gulfport. He's a graduate of Biloxi High School, MS Gulf
Coast Community College and the University of Southern Mississippi. He
and wife, Stephanie, reside in Biloxi with their son, Jonathon and they
are active members of New Life Family Church.
He is a member of Edgewater Rotary Club, Leadership Gulf Coast Board
of Trustees, Gulf Coast Association of Realtors, the Mississippi
Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
Secretary
of the Board - Jeramie Fortenberry
Jeramie Fortenberry currently serves as General Counsel for the Gulf Coast Housing. His legal expertise and knowledge is a tremendous benefit to WRC. Jeramie is a graduate of New York University with an LLM in Taxation. He and his wife, Shannon, attend Bible Fellowship Church in Pass Christian where Jeramie serves as a deacon.
Treasurer
- Terry Medley
Terry has served on the board for three years. He serves as a jail
minister with the Mississippi Adult Detention Center and a chaplain
assistant for the 172nd Air Wing in the MS Air National Guard, Jackson,
MS.
A realtor with Keller-Williams Realty in Biloxi, Terry also served
seventeen years in the military (six as active duty and eleven in the
Air National Guard).
Terry and his wife of fifteen years have three children and they
attend Bay Vista Baptist Church.

Member - Vivian Champaigne
Vivian Champaigne is a Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch. Vivian
started her investment services career in February 1984 with Merrill
Lynch. She has worked in many different capacities in the investment
industry and recently returned to the Merrill Lynch, Biloxi, MS office
November 2007.
Vivian lives in Biloxi and has two daughters and one
grandson.
